The shipping cost shown to customers is Free Shipping unless a different shipping charge is clearly displayed before the customer completes the order.

We do not add unexpected shipping charges after an order has been placed.

Orders are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's name, building number, street, city, postal code and any other information required for successful delivery.

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete information, additional delivery arrangements or costs may apply where permitted.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to the customer after dispatch.
