BROKLEN is operated as an individual online trading business and is not represented on this website as a UK limited company or other incorporated company.

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing displayed on our website are accurate.
However, product images may vary slightly from the actual product because of screen settings, lighting, photography or manufacturer packaging changes.
Unless otherwise stated, products sold through BROKLEN are new products.
We do not intentionally sell used or refurbished products as new.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact the customer regarding an alternative, delay or refund.
If we cannot fulfil an order, the customer will be entitled to an appropriate refund for the amount paid for the unavailable item.

8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible customers may request a return within the applicable 14-day return period for damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or significantly not-as-described products, subject to the terms of our Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.
Eligible returns are free of charge and we do not charge restocking fees.
Approved refunds are normally processed within 3–5 business days after the applicable return/refund has been approved.
